hi,my father is the youngest among the 8 siblings and they have a lot in province but their parent's died they don't have a last well and testament .my question is my father have the right to stay their house ?

Your father has the right of 1/8 part of the lot. If he has no other place to go of course he can stay in that house. If other siblings owned that house and lot already your father can demand his 1/8th part giving him the equivalent amount.

but the problem is my cousin who stay there now is she don't want my father to stay there ..and his husband angry my father to claim my father's part...he gonna kill my father because most people there said that guy is a killer...

That is a very tough decision to make. Ultimately, it depends on if anything is owing on the house, if not, then it will be left up to the family to decide matters. Everyone should sit down a see what the best course of action would be. Once scenario would be to sell off the house and split the profits amongst themselves, same with contents, etc. Seeking legal aid in the matter is highly recommended.
