What if You Send Valentine's Day Flower to a Wrong Girl?

Hi,mylot friends, how are you? I hope everything fine with all my friends here. Some of you know i was busy for work in 2011 and i am back now. I would like to share with you some of my working life stories...... I worked as a customer support for one year in www.yoybuy.com, which is a taobao agent, and helps overseas clients to purchase from Chinese online shops like taobao, 360buy etc. Later, i turned to marketing department in the same company. While, some loyal clients still like to call me if they need to order something. Before Valentine's Day of 2012, Alex called and he would like to order flower for his girlfriend, who lived in China. Alex was one of my loyal clients, he became YoyBuy.com clients in July, 2009, the first year I worked in YoyBuy.com. As a new customer support, I would like to offer my clients best service, nice and friendly to them. Now, a new order: Valentine's Day gift, a big bunch of rose. I could easily ask him to turn customer support team members for help. While, he just trusted me, I didn't want to turn him down. So i helped him to check the information with taobao seller, price, shipping cost, made sure with taobao seller the flower keeps good when arrive to the receiver...... When everything clear, I told him just place order on website, and further help turned to customer support team for help. I thought all the problems and questions I had figured out, and everything would go well...... However, accident happened. Alex left customer support a note for his girlfriend and asked customer support send the words to his girlfriend with flower, but he also remarked: "Please keep this secret to Tracy." (Tracy was my name, because he would feel embarrassed if I knew the text for his girlfriend, he regarded me as his friend, so secret to me.) What I couldn't believe was that the customer support girls misunderstood it, they thought the flower was for me. They were talking and laughing about it secretly...... You know what happened? You can guess......
