Well, for one, they are two entirely different application. Sure they all answer your question and in some way or another, act as "chat bot" but then, one is made to answer your questions "seriously" while the other is made entirely for "fun". Siri is an apple application which is aimed to "serve" the user in manners like "search engine" or "organizer". In Siri, you can use your voice to send messages, schedule meetings, place phone calls, search anything on the net. To add, Siri is entirely made by Apple. Meaning, what Siri "knows" will entirely depend on what Apple developers would put in. Simsimi, on the other hand, is an application made to provide fun. Don't expect real and straight answers from Simsimi. Another thing, you can "teach" Simsimi the answers to some questions. Simsimi can even reply using other languages. If you're just looking for something to do to kill time, then go for Simsimi.

Simsimi is different with Siri. Aside from the obvious, Simsimi's replies are from users who inputs statements on a server. While with Siri, its already has a set of replies, most, serious ones, and she can also help you with some things if you wish.
