Today trends tell us that in order to feel fulfilled battle must go on all levels. To have a successful career, to keep harmony in the family, take care of our bodies and soul, to learn throughout their lives, to always be informed and aware of what is happening in the world, to have hobbies sites, to travel ...
24 hours often seem too few to achieve the above objectives. Especially because life is unpredictable and as we plan all the time is something that unbalances the balance. When we take too much on one's back, work should bring us satisfaction and tranquility become unbearable drudgery. And it is a pity, because there are things that at first I was passionate about, which probably worked hard and that we've always wanted.
We are told that we are able to fulfill our every dream that we will, to some extent true. But we are not aware that they may pay dearly for it. When success becomes bitter taste wonder how to get there. It's easy. We're not superheroes and should not replenish with more than we can handle.
Yes, we want to demonstrate, especially to prove to ourselves that our laziness is not a word to characterize us and that potential must be exploited fully. But when we make mistakes we can make them even all, being unable to set priorities. Healthy lifestyle program is built on them. More than a job well done than ten saves. And do not forget that everyone has the ability to withstand prolonged efforts, the recipes do not work all that well.
I believe in active people. But while I and the people who have time to enjoy what they have done, because if you fail to do this, you fall into a trap that yourself you have stretched it.

It is true that some say that we can fulfill all our dreams with hard work, but, let's face it,that's a lie.It might happen to a very few people who also need some luck in life beyond hard work, but most of us will probably only manage to fulfill a few of their dreams while they will keep on chasing for others, and that supposes a huge effort that leaves profound negative marks on our health and our ability to enjoy life. Thus, eventually this continuous strive for happiness has the contrary effect to what we hope, exhausting us,making us feel under pressure all the time and therefore shortening our lives. That's why I think we should try to take things a little easier and try to enjoy even our smallest achievements;if we feel pleased with ourselves and manage to appreciate the simpler things in life,we might achieve a sense of fulfillment even if we don't manage to fulfill all our dreams.

I think that you are right. We tend to become complacent and lose our zest for life. It was easy to be excited about everything when I was a child but, it just seems dull now. It is almost like we are missing the entire picture. Maybe we are supposed to mix things up a bit and try new things. We get, what, two weeks paid vacation from a job that we work constantly at for a year. Making mistakes is what makes us learn and grow. Think back on all of those mistakes made as a child and how if you didn't do them, you wouldn't be the person you are today.

I really do think that it is not how much we do, but rather how effectively we do the things that we do. If you do any number of things but the end result is not achieving your goals, then really what is the point of doing all of those things. The point is in fact very much lost along the way to say the very least.
However, if we do only a handful of things and achieve a much better result, then that is rather going to be good. I think that really we have found a path that has worked throughout our life and really have trimmed down the excessive things that are causing us headaches, that are causing us problems, and agitating. Less is in fact more, because if we do too much, and fail, then really there is just so much time that is wasted.

hi didi
When the 24 hour was getting formalized and it was final that the day was of 24 hours, people did have a better, much better life and in that life, they did have time for all activities they had during those days.
Call this lack of foresightedness or even the lack of an idea of how miserable and busy our lives are going to become in the future, should be the culprit. Today, many have more work and things to keep them occupied and in this there is not enough time to enjoy.
When I fell ill, I too felt it was the end of world for me but over time, I realized that I can pursue many things which I otherwise could never have. Thanks to my illness that I am confined to my house but my boundaries are beyond what they were earlier.

The answer to the question is yes, less is more. You are right about the way things are these days in the world. We strive for things we want and need. But the time seems to slip away without remorse. In the end, we do not have all that much to show for our efforts. The harder you push sometimes can break you down. Not everyone is built to be great or wonderful. Not everyone can be a scientist or a doctor or a genius. We are who we are. Laziness is within everyone. But we have no time to be lazy. So we continue on until we can no longer function. And when that happens, we are no longer needed. We are discarded. And when all is said and done, our entire life has passed us by and no more time left to enjoy what we do have.
