Hi Mmall. Welcome to Mylot... Oh dont believe the commercials that you see that promises lighter circles under the eye. I regret that theres no way to lighten it up.

There's a way, Graceekwenx. Don't discourage her.

I have them slightly but nothing bad. I don't use creams or gels, or anything that try to remedy them. I only use makeup products to cover them up if necessary. They aren't that bad though. I have seen some people with them that looks very dark, darker than mine. I hope you can find something to at least conceal them if it bothers you alot. Find a skin tone color that is somewhat close to your own, and work it on them and your whole face later after doing the circles.

That's correct! I have a friend who has those dark circles under her eyes. She's using a very good concealer.

My daughter has this problem too. She keeps wasting money on eye creams that do not do anything. They are not as bad if she gets a good nights sleep.

Maybe you are born with them.. i am .. i got it from my father.. maybe you could try olay products, i hear they really do work. but you should also prevent having dark circles by sleeping early.

hi there, some people have dark under eye circles since they were small. did you have it since you were small? because if yo do, then you can't really do anything to fix it unless maybe by a cosmetic surgeon. but you can lighten it by applying eye creams and concealers. cucumbers and all that only reduces the puffiness of the eye bags and help reduce the appearance of having tired eyes. i advise you to never rub your eyes because that is a very sensitive area and prone to wrinkling (permanent and premature aging). look for a concealer maybe that matches your skin tone. i see my friends use that and they turn out good and not obvious at all. i don't use anything on them because i don't have dark under eye circles. but i suggest you apply an eye cream that is just very mild when you don't need to apply concealer.

I think that is genetic. I also have eyebags but they're not dark. They're of the same color with my skin. If you're really that bothered, why not consult a doctor? The doctor can also recommend a good concealer for you. Don't use any creams without doctor's prescription. Remember that our eyes are very sensitive. Aside from that, our eyes I think are the most important sense organs. Without them, we'll really suffer a lot.

What is melaglow cream? Is it a concealer? Why not consult another doctor. Sometimes we also need second opinion.

I already consulted a skin doctor, He advised to use "melaglow" cream and anti-glare glasses when working on computer..I followed but no use..

I think the first thing you have to know is the cause of the dark circles under your eyes. Some people are having dark circles if they lack sleep. Some have it because of allergies. Some have them because of blood problems like anemia and some inherited blood disorders. It is important to know the cause first,so you can prevent it,and get proper treatment if necessary. If it's troublesome for you,you can use a concealer to make it appear less visible.

I heard that applying coconut oil can help, too. I use coconut oil, but normally don't have dark circles under my eyes, so I can't really tell if it helps or not. If it is because of the lack of sleep, then solving that problem would probably be the best solution... and a good concealer which doesn't irritate the area around your eyes.
