referral exchange is not really work

according to the last discussion i posted, about it is hard to get referral. in the discussion, there is a person suggest me to join some forum where it has the referral exchange. but i found that, most of the people, after you joining with them, then they won't join under your site. so, i am not prefer referral exchange. and i found something that may really work is referral deal, when it is just as a task to be completed, and receive payment instantly.

Networking or having your salary from others is something I would not want to venture in. While you are able to receive fast money, being able to fool people under you is a constant need. This irks my conscience and sometimes there is no guarantee that this would last in a long haul.

Even if the referral exchange works, most people don't even give their best effort at working on the site so the exchange is pointless. Nobody likes the idea of having to actually work to earn money so they give up instantly. If you continue using this method then you could just explain how much money you can make realistically. This way only people who are interested will sign up and you can make actual earnings from your referrals.
