i lost weight , by not going on a diet.. what i did instead was one stay busy and walked alot around the block.. then i cut back on my soda's and soft drinks and replaced it with water.. so drink more water, i switched my chips to whole grain chips instead.. i slowly so not to notice changed my daily eating habits, slowly changed one food at a time from a bad food to a good one.. i did not do it all at once.. and i cut back on portion size a little at a time...
