I altered one of my daughter's dress pants to suit a fancy, she was so delight to see that I could altered the pants pattern that frankly the waist line was not really covering well enough to be descent.

I don´t understand this new trend with psnts that become only skinny women. Most of us have other kind of body and it changes even more after giving birth. But instead of thinking about women, trends make women incurr in terrible diets and feelings of inadecuacy. I´m glad you changes the patterns for your daughter. I did that for myself when I sewed my own clothes.

She doesn't like the nowaday style for women. So I decided that to wear what she likes may as well make it myself. So she is well yes satisfied.

I do that too. Mostly because all though not fat my girls still have little bellies that look huge when they wear low cut waists. They are not big bellies but that style emphasizes them soo much!
