chicken with rice is a very nice meal.
Now I will give you a recipe which I cook.
1 whole chicken 1 cup rice 1 onion.
1 cup parsley oil and a little pepper and salt.
The chicken is thawed, washed well, cut into portions, dried and salted lightly.
In a saucepan pour Brown. cup oil, heat thoroughly and izparzhva meat to slightly browned.
Remove the meat and fat put 1 onion, cut into small pieces, add salt.
When onion softens slightly pour rice in advance must be washed in several waters and well-drained and, if possible, dried.
Rice fry until onion begins to become golden.
Pour 3 cups water and add a chicken bulyonche.
Allow to boil. When boiling, reduce fire to low and so boil 5 minutes
Arrange chicken in a baking dish, sprinkle with pepper and pour it around the rice.
Bake at 180 ° C in the middle of the oven by heating the top and bottom.
Bake until the rice absorb the water.
After removing from oven sprinkle with half a bunch fresh parsley.
This makes a chicken with white rice. this is my recipe I hope I was thorough.
