the children always like eating meat they dislike vegetable. is a trouble, because the green vegetable can increase their inteligence, sometimes the children when they having lunch, the vegetable will put in the edge of plate. from now why not we start to teach their eating vegetable.,vegetable is important for mielination (improve their neuron), and iron it's good for blood cells, if i suggest you shouldn't force him to eat vegetable, but you can choose other ways to give them like as you combine it with the meat but the form of vegetable should be changes in your cook. so the children didn't know that the food isn't made from vegetable, if you have the children are forcing her/him or good for eating vegetable? if you say no, what do you do?

Well if you train them to eat veggies from the very start it will not be hard for them to eat vegetables. This is how I train my little ones. As soon as they are able to eat solid foods I train them in vegetables. I also tell them why they should eat vegetables. I actually brainwash them about how nutritious vegetables are and I also serve as good example to them. I also eat vegetables and my hubby as well so that the children will eat them too.

My son is very picky to the food. When he was little, he didn't like eating vegetable. He refused to eat when he saw something green. This was very frustrating. Fortunately he liked potato. And therefore I would make the mashed potato for him. At least it is a kind of vegetable. Later when he went to the kindergarten, he couldn't be so picky since the teachers would ask them to finish the food. Besides, at that time I bought him a story book about the science diet and let him understand actually vegetables could give us lots of benefits. Then he started to eat the vegetables. This is how he changed his bad habit.

i have a 21-month old son who loves eating vegetables. he actually not like eating meats. he loves fruits and vegetable and practically eats anything you give him. since he started eating at 6 months, we are giving him healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, creals, oat meal and little of pork and chicken. we avoid giving him sweet foods because they say that really affects the developing taste buds of the baby.
for thos moms who are having a hard time feeding their children, they must be creative in preparing foods. make them attractive or cut vegies into small pieces and mix them with their child's favorite meal. also, if they can understand you explain them the benefit of eating healthy foods and always be an example. do not feed your children food you are not eating because that won't really work. never force your children to eat vegetables because they might end up really hating it.

You are right that kids should eat vegetables becuase it is good for ther health. They should be trained at early stage to be familiarized with veggies so that when they grew up, it will not hard for them to eat veggies..
One of the problems deal with some parent is how to let their kids eat vegetables especally when they are not used to it. Kids usually into meats and meals from fast foods.
Good for me because my son, even 21-months old, eats vegetables. He even prefer it compared to meat and chicken. We already incorporate veggies in his food when he was still 6 months (mashed potato, carrots, squash, etc.). This is the reason why we don't have problems in feeding him with vegetables.
There are ways to let kids eat vegetables by cooking it the way meats are being cooked or incorporating them with other dishes. Like in my case, I made burgers out of banana blossom, chips made of water spinach, hotcake made of squash or pumpkin, siomai made of squash, chicken nuggets with "malunggay" leaves and carrots as well as sweet corn. There are other recipes out there that can be made that will hide those veggies and can be easily eaten by kids.

Mostly, children dislike vegetables. Maybe because their taste buds isn't fully developed yet for sour , bitter or bland tasting foods.
That was the case with our daughter, when she was a child. So, we let her drink vitamin supplements to compensate for those vitamins and minerals she lacked from being a picky eater.
And we compensated it by letting her eat lots of fruits, because she almost like them all.
