If we want to become successful then we have to work hard. A lazy person can’t reach anywhere. Success is depends on how hard we work for it. Sincere effort is needed to achieve something in our life. If a person is hard worker and determined then the success should be in his/her life.

That is correct. As the bible says, lazy hands make a man poor. But diligent hands brings wealth. Whatever work we do as long as it is a noble job and we put hard work on it, God will always bless the work of our hands.

I do agree that a certain amount of success does indeed lie in your effort, however you do have to remember that there is a lot that relies on luck as well. If you work very hard but don't have the right circumstances then you're never going to be able to be successful, but if you work hard and have a bit of luck then you would be able to achieve what you want to. I don't think that anybody would be able to be successful without hard work though, as you have to be willing to put in the work if you want to reap the rewards.
