I just came home from work and log in mylot. A lot of interesting topics were discuss but my mind doesn't seem to cooperate with me. It is like its not my usual ME. Great ideas seems to get struck in my mind and no matter how willing I am to let them flow I just cant. It is quite depressing feeling this way. I mean I am not that busy at work today but I seem to have a difficulty expressing my thoughts. Frustrating, I feel that ay when I cannot express myself. Have you been in this kind of situation? Was it like a writer's block syndrome? I really want to respond more in certain discussions but I am afraid that what I will type will be gibberish, it seems that I am not using rationality at this point. I need to recharge my energy and hopefully will feel better later.

I call it a a 'bad day' A very simple day that turns into seeming complicated and hard because there is something missing - and sometimes, we have no idea what it is. This unexplainable lack causes frustration on what it is and contributes to the confusion and the inability to do what should have been an everyday part of the routine. I often experience this and sometimes, I pass a day just doing that. The next day, it seemed that nothing happened, my day returned to 'normal' by my standards and everything is smoothly running like a good engine.
Advice - don't force yourself. It may work itself by its own. You might not conscious that you are already tired. And pushing yourself beyond your limit might not work in favor. It it some rest and come back when you’re ready. Be sure to take note of any ideas to share while you’re relaxing. I find most of disucsison ideas form sometimes, doing nothing at all.

Yes I think its one way of my body telling me that I am forcing myself. That I am pushing too much. Thanks for the advice, I will try to apply the advice you gave me.

Well there are times where with my, I know for a fact that the ideas were in fact right in the back of my mind. Getting them right out of my mind, was another matter entirely. That is really something that many people who write in a regular manner get used to. Sometimes, you want to do it, but the creative impulses right in the mind are just not functioning a lot of the time.
I have an idea of what I want to write, but also things do sound better right in the back of my mind, then they do on paper. Believe me, that is something that is a source of great frustration and dismay. When everything doesn't not match hand in hand and I get frustrated. Hopefully thinks do improve in the future but there are days where I'm just not feeling it. Just not feeling it at all.

Take some time to relax, not in front of your TV or anything. Put some relaxing music on, some blues, jazz, whatever works for you. Lay down, close your eyes and let your mind run free, try not to think about something in particular. Let your thoughts come and go. If you fall asleep no problem, I suggest you set your alarm first though.
Make that tired mind feel energized again.

Well, I logged out . I ate hehe thinking it will lessen the bad mood I have. And I think it was helpful. I cannot take a nap because I have a review class to attend. Thanks for your time sharing your thoughts.

I can relate to you dazzledlady. At times I also have a hard time expressing my thoughts. When that happends, I usually walk away from it for a while, take a little break. If you are tired, give yourself permission to come back to it the next day. I hope you are able to rest and recharge. Good Luck!

I can imagine how you feel.I have moments when I am so tired that I can hardly think or speak.Usually my problem when I am very tired is that in my head the words are matching perfectly and I have clear ideas but I cannot manage to express myself.just like yiou mentioned:a writers block.the best way to clear your head is to get a rest.
