You are ready for marriage if you are ready to give in, give up, make commitments, compromises, are mature enough to deal with problems, be responsible for your own deeds, if you can handle, survive yourself without knocking on other people's their door and if you have a loving partner who is willing to invest in you as well. If you think you are/can then go for it. Nobody can advice you in this. Age is just a number since we all are different, so is the way we are raised and are our life experiences. There are plenty of people who are, even not at the age of 45, mature enough.
