ups and down

do you agree with me that life can't be appreciated if we don't meet the ups and down of our everyday journey???
this past few days i'm so destructed and disappointed that i wanted to give up but every time i saw my son i realize that i mustn't give up. but i just couldn't help it if that's how i feel. and i hate every time i feel negative.
can you please give some tips for me to learn how to handle negative stuffs???

hi nyang, i am agreed with you. life is the two sides of a coin. i suggestion to you that think always positive. keep negative energy away from you.do some meditation. always chant 'i am happy', 'i am healthy', 'i am active', 'i love everyone and everyone loves me'

I think you are just so stressed with the household chores. Are you a housewife or have a full time job and go home to be a mom to the children?
Sometimes, those two categories could really be excruciating and tiring. Thus, you have to find a time to relax also.
If you are a housewife, find a soap on TV that you can always look forward to everyday. That way, something is exciting you.
Maybe you can also ask your husband to help you in some chores, so as to unload the so much chores on your shoulders.
Learn to love yourself and enjoy some things for yourself too.

i could say that i'm not physically stressed, but it's my emotion that is pulling me down.
and you're right! i should spare time to relax to have a peace of mind. maybe out of town for a short vacation can be one great help for me and can help me think of better ways to handle things out.

i have been experiencing most "downs" the past few months. i have been so unhappy and stressed. i too don't know how to handle it but good thing i have my boyfriend as an outlet and also mylot.
i hope i figure something out too so i can also move on and be happy and be away from stress.

I havent been a mother so I can't really understand you.But I also heard from my elder sister similar cases as yours.No matter how tired and how distressed when she saw her baby she felt what she did and suffered deserved. I just suggest you spending more time with your son and enjoy your moment with him.Pls always keep in mind life will come better and everything good or bad you experienced is precious for your future.

First of all if you don't know the difference between ups and downs you will probably never appreciate it if you are up. But this should not mean you need a life full of downs to be up once.
How down down is, is a personal thing. It has to do with your own attitude and view on life. I would advice you to ignore as much of it as possible. Tell yourself it belongs to life and you can only go up and you will stay there. See each day, each moment as a new start! Don't look back (although it's good to remember how strong you are and you survived it so next time you will again!) but forward. Life is now and in future not in the past. BTW feeling negative (about yourself) is useless. What happens or what others do to you have nothing to do with you as a person!

and i should not force myself to solve all the problems at once. i should do it step by step one at a time.
