It seems that keeping focused on daily life and routine jobs can lower the performance and brain and IQ !!! is this true?
Most people suggest that it's necessary to keep your brain busy with daily challenges, such as brain games.
Can somebody suggest a good game for brain which doesn't take a lot of time and can be played or practiced everyday? For example Sudoku, chess, board games are interesting but takes a lot of time and can't be played at work.
Thanks!

I don't know if you are a member of King, but they have a game called "Brain game", and it is is mix of memory, math and logic. It takes a couple of minutes to play the game and it is a lot of fun and a great exercise for my brain as well. I just played it before I came back to Mylot, and it is a fun way to challenge myself, because the game keeps track of my progress (or lack of progress ) I am not that good at that game yet, but I will keep on playing. If you aren't a member of King you can find other brain games on the internet, and some of them are quite short and simple.

I may suggest that if you want to improve your brain performance you should try answering the crossword puzzle in the newspaper after you read it. You can also improve your brain performance by playing strategy games like chess, games of the general, and sudoku that's all.

Hi, rouzbeh.
For one you may try Diamond Rush and Snake on your mobile phone, if you have one, or you may want to download it from your mobile. I have been enjoying these games as I see these as games involving strategy, keen eye for details and concentration.
The Diamond Rush is a sort of adventure game into three worlds where you have to find red and lavender diamonds as you go up each level.
The Snake game is likewise a game of strategy where you have to keep the snake eat continuously without eating its tail or other body parts. The catch is that the snake gets longer as it eats. The new model of Nokia brought added challenge to the game.
