How to earn with blog...

Hi friends, I want to start a blog to make money from it..but i don't know how to start the blog and how to earn money from it..please anyone can advice me regarding making money with blog...I heard we can make money with google adsense..Is there any other options to make money with blog apart from google adsense???please let me know.

oh have a good luck with that, blogs are takign so long time to earn i started one a year a go you can say, until now no earning, its so hard, or maybe there are tricks that i do not know how to use not sure which is
