Which foods(fruits) should be consumed inorder to have a fit body?

there are certain percentages required(of proteins , carbohydrates etc.,) everyday in our body, so suggest certain items we can consume to have a healthy body
or to say, how to stay really healthy and what should be taken and what not

You are right that we need to stay really healthy. It s for our own good.
Fruits are usually good source of juices and fiber since it is a plant source. There are also other plants that can be a good source of protein like soybean-based products but the best source of protein is from animals.
Try to research on the net and you wil find some tips on what to eat or not. Try the Men's health magazine. There are some portion there about fitness and what to eat or not. Just subscribe to their newsletter.
For me, you can eat definitely what you want but you need to know whch should be eaten in moderation. Everything in excess is really bad.

The magazine is "Men's Health". You need not to subscribe for their monthly issue. Just subscribe to their newsletter and you will receive weekly emails. Go to their weight loss tab and subscribe to "eat this..." newsletter. You can also go to my blog, chemist9861.blogspot.com and find weight-loss entry. In fact some researchers said that fats are really essential in our system even animal fats but we need to consider how much fat should be taken.
You are right that there are so-called "healthy fats", these are fats or oils comming from plants, these are said to be low in cholesterol or nothing at all.
