What do you say about the Clippers?

I know this wasn't a big game for the Clippers, but I have to notice the good team play I've seen from them in the game against Phoenix. I got to tell you that I am a big fan of Griffin's dunks, but I've noticed that Butler had a solid game. I don't know if you guys watched the highlights of this game, but I got to tell you that C. Butler adn Paul scored in some significant moments, that led Clippers to a record of 29 wins and 21 losses, which is significantly better than the last year. What do you think about this team, because I am cheering for them since there is so little "excitement" on my favorite team, Miami Heat?

They are a team that improve dramatically after the acquisition of Chris Paul. They will be in the playoffs this year and they can give a good fight. Blake, Chris, K-mart what else can ask for?

hi daxta88. i'm a betting man and bet the nba a lot. its been profitable the past five years betting this sport but this year's shortened season has not really been kind to me. lol! i had los angeles clippers -8.5 (it means the clippers need to win by 9 or more for me to win my bet) earlier against the portland trail blazers in their game. clips have been solid at home with a 19-8 record while portland's record off a straight up win has been atrocious so it was an auto-bet for me to take the clippers. clippers won the game but only by 1 point, 98-97, so i was really crossed with that result. i like the los angeles clippers team with chancey billups in the line-up. he provides leadership and maturity for the team. he also brings his vast championship experience to the squad. with his injury, the team hasn't progressed as much as it should have. granted that they have chris paul now teaming up with blake griffin. that's it. this clippers team is a two man show. lob city ain't winning a play-off series this year. they are currently fourth in the standings but i see them getting swept or losing to whoever ends up in fifth after six games. anyway, maybe i'm wrong about them but the clips ain't seeing anymore of my hard-earned money this point moving forward. lol! los angeles clippers =

I remember in the start of the season talking with a friend of mine about the Clippers' movements and we were thinking that they would be one of the big favorites. After most of the RS gone I have to say that I don't think that they are a favorite right now. They have an athletic team, one of the best PG in the league and two high-flyers in the front line but it seems that they aren't ready yet to fight for the title. Maybe they need some more time together as team, maybe in 2013 they would be stronger.

The Los Angeles Clippers are a good team that should advance to the playoffs. They have good players in Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Caron Butler, and other role players. However, in my worst prediction, they will not contend for the finals. They can have a good game and might advance to the second round but I think they have not arrived to a point where they develop a cohesive team to contend for a title. Let's see what happens in the coming season.
