The Devil's Number

I left for work the other day. I was rushing so I didn't lock my phone when I grabbed it. Then when I arrived at the office, I pulled out my phone and the number "6666666666" was typed in on the screen. I didn't lock it so it must have been pushed while I was walking or something. Then here's the interesting thing, that day was one of the worst days I've had in the office. The work load was twice as hard, a lot my co-workers were not in a good mood, and I got caught for using my cellphone in the office. I don't want to think that the number has something to do with the whole day but it keeps occurring in my mind that it's somehow related. 666 is the devil's number, right? Have you experience something the same?

I think something like that happened to me, an unlucky number becomes the worst day ever, like Friday the 13th or something. But I think it's all in the mind. People tend to take more notice of bad stuff that happen when the day is Friday the 13th or something.

That's what I've been telling myself, it's all in the mind, but the thing about the mind is it's so complicated. Once you present it with an information, another part will contest that. Or maybe it's just me..
Anyway, yeah, you do have a point. It might all be incidental. My officemates are hot-headed freaks anyway so I'll agree with you on this.

Good day! Your posts seems interesting for me.. Sometimes, things happen co-incedently.. People often relate their present situation with luck, sometimes in beliefs that was passed by their ancestors through the years. But, I believe that things that things happening was our destiny, its meant to happen to us whether its good or bad.

I think destiny is what we make it, it's not fixed. I want to think it's coincidental but I just can't ignore the fact that it has something to do with that stupid number.
