How to work in Singapore?

I've been in Singapore for vacation last February 27 this year and I want to go back and work there. But I don't know how to start, where to apply and what to do. But I am already planning about it and your suggestions will really help!

Job hunting in Singapore is difficult, you have lot of competitors-almost all races.
To start applying in Singapore, you must submit it online 2 weeks before you go there, because almost all companies there will response emails 2 weeks after you had submitted. visit pinoysg.com for some tips about the life in Singapore specially like us---aiming to land a job. Been there too last year. I'm planning to go back there if I had some budget.
