Christians: Do you have legal basis in the Holy Bible that your faith is true?

Christians are people who claim to be the follower of Jesus Christ. They have different clusters of religion under Christian faith. Roman Catholic, Baptist, Seventh Day Adventist and more. But according to the Cristian Holy Bible, He (Christ) only build one Church called by His own name indeed. Why others have these other religion affiliated with? Do they have a real biblical basis base on the original Holy Bible version (which is Hebrew version)? Share your biblical ideas... Mobhomeir here.. 033012

I am an amateur about the bible, and upon reading your post, I must admit that I am not a graduate of theology or something like that, that I fear my answer may not be relevant to your question. In my personal opinion, there is no legal basis, based on the constitution of a land, whether a certain faith is true or not. The Believers in the Lord, those who truly put their trust in Him, has their bible as their standard of faith and practice. The Biblical basis is written in the bible like John 3:16; Romans 10:13; Ephesians 2:8; 1 John 5:13, etc. Are you a believer in the Lord? When did you become one? (if you have)

Trust and faith could not really save, someone must have to work on it..as what this verse said.."What [doth it] profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?"[James 2:14 KJV) Thanks for responding my friend..i appreciate it.. Mobhomeir here... 033112

Oh no, we are saved through faith, and faith alone in Jesus Christ. We show that faith by our good works. It is not working to have faith but working because of faith. That makes the difference. A great regret to see one of our friend disappear. I hope he's still well helping others as he had helped me a lot. Good bye L2L...

The thing that unites Christians of all denominations is that we believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of the living God and we have accepted Him as our Lord and Savior.

Yes precious but there are claimed Christians who believe both, that our Lord Jesus Christ is also God, which contradicted the Bible doctrines, His only begotten Son Jesus Christ and God which is our Heavenly Father which has different identity.. Thanks for responding.. Mobhomeir here.. 040112

To me, the Bible is a great work of Historical Fiction, but I would never take it literally. Yes, it does have a lot of great parables and stories, but it's not all truth. To me, it's one book among many that people have tried to take seriously, and shouldn't. As an English major, we are told to analyze all of the books that we read.

There are a lot of different branches of the Christian religion for sure. There is a passage in Revelations that refers to different churches. It is pretty mush a predetermined amount of people from each church that the reference is referring to. I don't know about any legal basis though.

Many factors have contributed to the development of new religious groups. Some have said that the various religions all represent different ways of presenting religious truth. But a comparison of their teachings and practices with the Bible indicates rather that the diversity of religions is because people have become followers of men instead of listening to God. It is noteworthy that to a large extent, teachngs they hold in common, but that differ from the Bible. Now who is the instigator of such religious confusion? The bible identifies Satan the Devil as the "god of this system of things."(2Cor.4:4) It warns us that "the thngs which the nations sacrifice they sacrifice to demons ,and not to God."(1Cor.10:20) Thus it is vitally important to make sure that you really are worshiping the true God,the Creator of heaven and earth, and that our worship is pleasing to him.

I strongly agree with that amhaarets..in addition to that, believer should or must know if the services she/he renders to God is purely God's will, not by man made.. Thanks for responding my friend.. Mobhomeir here 033012
