Dear Friends
Failure is such a menace that it hits us hard from inside and creates a deep wound inside our heart ......
The bigger the size of failure more tears it adds to our eyes .........
Failure in life comes simply to tell us that our efforts lacks the correct proportion of mind and heart .....
That is it now instead of wasting our precious tear ,along with time and energy ........
We should not give up and stand up again and stand up again to try again ,when I say try again ,I mean to try again with better mind and nice heart ......
We live in pretty tough word ,which will come to criticize you in event of failure and never show your tears to such person and effectively dismiss their criticism ........
And I m sure you will find that you will be able to protect your mind from going into depression ...........

These are some good words to live by, and ones most people really need to learn from. Learning from failures we have had in our life, while learning to turn them into successes is really where it is at, and we can really become a better person from it. Moving forward and not allowing it to depress us. Much easier said than done for a lot of people, but it truly does work. Also having a Trust in one's god helps a lot as well.

I will be not this tough if I did not survive from my past failures. It's true failure is hard to cope It can result depression and sometimes killing my self just to get out of that. But I also have to consider other things, my daughters and my parents. After I realized I have to love my self and fight. I know these failure happened with valid reason and why it has to be happened.

I don't think you should always dismiss criticisms. Sometimes it can be constructive and turn failure into success.

yes I can understand that failures leave us with bad memories and criticism we faced due to failure we met but we must remember that time is greatest healer ......whenever our mind gets filled with sadness that was born due to the failure we had faced in past we must immediately replace it with positive thoughts and must chant "We shall overcome......we shall over come ....we shall over come some day ......"
And you will slowly be able to erase the memories of failure that you are mind try to stick to and you are done ..........!!!
So if all human being commit mistake and face failure we are not different ......it is same for all ........
Let us accept failure as natural phenomenon of life .........

I don't know if I'm just not understanding you correctly because of a language barrier, or what. But I just have to say that failure is a small part of why people become depressed, depression is said to be causd by a chemical embalance in the brain. Ie bi-polar, manic depression,
Learn from your mistakes, know that it's okay to make mistakes. Move on! You speak of failure Like its this thing that hangs over us, and try's to keep us down, not to try.
"Failure in life comes simply to tell us that our efforts lacks the correct proportion of mind and heart" to me this sounds like a (for lack of a better word) bully! Telling you that you aren't good enough, you don't have what it takes. Often parents do this to their children without realizing it.
Don't be afraid to cry, crying is real, it's raw emotion, a true expression of how one is feeling. Crying isn't weak, it an emotion, people cry when they are angry because so much is built up.
This is what I get from your decision, overcome failure, don't cry in front of people, that want to put you down and when you do fail, deal with it and then you won't be depressed. But don't cry! Crying is a waste of time, and precious tears.
Depression is serious and if you feel depressed talk to someone, write in a journal, start a blog, there are places and resources all over the net that can help you,

Hello Ganesh!
I had been criticize all the time...some hurts me...I honestly get embarrassed especially if there are other people who were listening. But tears and criticisms really helped me to become a better person. Let's not hate our fellow for criticizing us. Remember, if we really want to grow up, we need to experience failures too.
