I am a colleage student and I usually stay at between classroom and dormitory. What I do most is sitting before the computer and surfing the Internet.Tonight I changed my lifestyle.I went out for running around our school. After running,I did feel really tired and my muscle pained. It has been so long time to take exercise.Since then,I decide to take more exercise. So do you take exercise regularly? What sports do you usually have?Share your opinons .

I love exercise i go to the gym about three times a week and play football twice a week i think that its important to work out regulary. if you havent done any exercise in a while its important that you take it easy and start slowly.

It's a good decision, I used to go running too with my roommates when I was in college. I didn't like to run alone, so when nobody wanted to continue, I went to dance classes instead. When i lived at home, I did yoga, but that was not something I could do in a dormitory.

Wow,so much alike.I prefer to do exercise with my friends,my running was with friends.Without them,I have not so much passion .Besides,at home ,I do more exercise,I usually dance and imitate the pop songs' dancing, and that I could not do in my dormitory because my roomate may watch and I dance was so bad.

When I was a college student just like you, I did exercise in gym for about two years. The effect was quite obvious. I felt so good and kept healthy during that period. After graduation, due to the busy work, I gradually gave up this habit. Instead I also spent much time surfing the Internet and went to bed very late. The cost was that I often felt sick. Last month I decided to restart the exercise plan. Every evening after having supper, I usually walk quickly in the street for 1.5 to 2 hours. Wish it may take effect!

Arround my school, there's no gym for people because my school located at remote areas. But my school did have many clubs about sporting.Last year,I have taken several but I quit it because it usually needs money and its activity was sort of boring.Even so,I will keep taking exercise.

Recently, I only get once o twice a week exercises. A few weeks ago, I exercise for 5-7 days a week. I feel so lazy right now that's why I only exercise for once or twice a week. I want to change it. Maybe next week I'll frequent my exercises again.

During my college years, I enjoyed my P.E. class because of the exercise thing, not to mention my cute professor. I've even wandered of becoming a P.E. teacher, because of the fun I've experienced. On my fourth year, I took volleyball instead of football, because at that time I'm afraid on kicking balls, also I do not know the rules of football that's why I'd rather choose volleyball, because I had quite knowledge with that sport. The sport that I really enjoyed was badminton, but as of now I can't get into practice because of work. Warm-up exercises after I woke up is what I usually do.

When I was in college, I really take time to have an exercise even for just 5 minutes. When i wake up, I do some stretching exercises except when i wake up late. When I don't have class, me and my room mate wake up early to have a jog on the boardwalk and do some tae-bo exercises together with other people there. Every morning, they have an exercise program there to promote healthy living. It was really a fun activity. Now, that I am working, I still do some stretching exercises every morning and when I go in our hometown to visit my parents, I play badminton with my nephews. That is my form of exercise. In order to prevent leg pains and muscle cramps, you should do some stretching exercises first.
