Friends... Does IQ test really matter when it comes to hiring??? Would you as an employer turn down an aspirant who has had good experience but poor IQ???

This is a very interesting point because logically it should be a significant factor. however, I have never known of an occasion where an applicant has been asked what his or her IQ is, which rather makes it difficult for an interviewer to take into consideration. Furthermore, there must be a vast number of people who genuinely have no idea what their IQ is, which would render the question rather pointless.
I imagine that the performance of a person during an interview and the impression that they give would be the nearest factor that could be used, but that would not necessarily reflect their IQ.

I think it does not. In every recruiting process,
they don't measure the applicant's IQ level.
The employer will surely look at the applicant
based on its background education, experience, skills,
and abilities.

Yes, it is important and that's what company is looking for, they cannot entrust their company to a employee who has a low IQ even if lacking in experience.

Personally I don't think that an IQ test should make to much of a difference. I know a few people that aren't the smartest, but let me tell you when something needs to get done they are the first ones to finish the job and most of the time supercides what needs to be done. Experience definitely makes a difference. I have been working with numbers and accounting since I was first employed with my company almost 12 years ago and between me and two other people we are probably the best in what we do within our company ofcourse, not to sound concided, is just we have the experience and our supervisors recognize that.

Even IQ is important for a person who will work in new company, but I still think it depends on different situation.
Like some programmer in the IT enterprise, there stubborn personality will lead them to success. But if they become a sales person, the personality is not fit for them.
vice-versa,some one need to find a right job that fit to his/her character.IQ just a factor.

Yes, specially if you will apply for a call center job. The HR will test their applicants through the use of any materials such as photos, sound, and so much more to check how will they comprehend.

Depends on what position the aspirant is applying for. It is needed in most companies especially in offices where intelligence and common sense is important.
