Back in middle school (7th grade) me and my best friend made our own band. I was going through a punk-rock phase so it was a punk rock/rock band. I cant' for the life of me remember the name. We would 'practice' on the weekends, mainly playing covers of our favorite songs. We brought in a drummer and bassist just for fun. We never did any gigs or anything like that, but it was still awesome. Too bad we didn't pursue it more, that would be a cool hobby to still have.

My best friend and I started a band back in high school and it's just us and then another friend. I play bass, keyboard and guitar and he plays drums and vocals. The girl can play flute and she does vocals too. We mostly do recordings and stuff or got others to play with us for gigs and stuff because we each played multiple instruments. At gigs I would usually play bass. We did a few covers but mostly we wrote our own songs. I was the primary songwriter and the others helped add different parts to it, but the structure/lyrics/melody/chords was mostly me. We don't play together as often now because we're all pretty busy but when we do it's still really fun to just jam out.
If you like music or play music or just want something fun to do, I highly recommend this.

I have thought of making my own band. If I did make my own band, it would play music along the lines of rock, hard rock, metal and alternative rock. I'd probably be the guitarest and perhaps the vocalist. It would be fun to do, but it is hard to find people who like your music tastes, in some areas.

I dreamt of having one but you know, I don't have resources and most of my friends are not music lovers.

i am in a band. but we dont work as producing original songs. we sing songs from popular singers and bands. we play on bars or lounges. it is a fun occupation. it is like working and having fun at the same time. sometimes we get a job to play abroad and that feels like travelling and having fun with salary. me and my group just got home from Japan. we stayed there for 4 months. that was our second time. we are hoping that we can do it all again. the pay was good and it was fun specially when you are getting lost with translation har har har.

Well it was a thought that I might have entertained once in my life. But really it is not something that I would have thought of much as, just for the fun of it. Mostly because as much as I love music, I am not rather the most gifted in an artistic sense of the word. So obviously I don't think that I would be a huge part of any band.
Of course, if someone wanted to invent a new and rather useful way to torture someone, then that might be a good idea. But other than a few thoughts I have had, here and there throughout my life, the idea of forming a band has never been something that I have had the slightest bit of serious thinking about. Of course stranger things have happened in the world.
