I was just looking around on walmart.com not really planning on doing any shopping, but maybe just see what is on here and to see what I may want to buy in the future. While searching around on here, I found myself looking in the shoe section. Thinking maybe I could find myself a nice pair of shoes or even boots. I love boots. Anyway, I ran across a $300 dollar pair of boots and I was like wow really? That is a lot of money for a pair of boots. Who in their right mind would spend that much money on a pair of boots. Even if I had the money, I would not spend that much money on a pair of boots. I yelled to my husband jokingly hey hun can I have a pair of $300 dollar boots...surprisingly he said sure you deserve it. , lol, I was like no I don't and that's way too much money to spend on a pair of boots. I'd rather spend $300 on many pairs of shoes then on one pair of shoes that cost $300.
Would you spend that much money on a pair of shoes. Why or why not. How much would you spend and how much is too much. Me personally the most I'd spend on a pair of shoes would be $50 and I think anything more then that forget about it. I just think its ridiculous to go all crazy like that for one item unless it is worth my money...like buying a new tv or something like that.

I wouldn't think Walmart sells $300 shoes because it's Walmart, not a designer shoe brand. I can't justify spending $300 on boots either, that is too expensive but it would be nice to dream. The most I have ever spent on shoes were $100 for Coach sneakers.

I do not spend more than $50 on a pair of shoes, and honestly, I can not remember the last time I bought actual shoes. My tennis shoes are only worn through out the winter so they last me a really long time. I buy flip flops for during the spring and summers ($3-$5). We bought my husband a new pair of work boots the other day, first time in a year, and only spent $30. My kids shoes do not cost more than $15. I am a very thrifty spender, and anyway I can save money instead of spend, I will! My husband would probably ask for a divorce if I even mentioned a $300 pair of boots, LOL. Just kidding on the divorce part, but I wouldn't blame him if he did!

On the divorce part and I wouldn't blame mine either if he left for me buying $300 pair of shoes. We can't simply afford it lol. Even if we could I still wouldn't spend that much on shoes. He'd be like and that is all you bought. Lol. Like were's the rest of them.
