why do i feel like this? always just like this

this morning i asked for enlightenment because i'm always hesitant to grab every opportunity that comes my way. now it's my emotion. i don't understand why i have to feel like this and it's always been like this. every time i submitted my resume, i feel guilty and i feel pity too. i always think of the person's sake whom i'm serving for a year. am i a softhearted person or what? do you feel the same way i feel? how do you deal with it if feeling the same way? have a nice day

If you feel guilty because you are leaving your employer, who has been so good to you, then analyze why is it so? It is your future that you are after with. This passing of resume is an indication of it. So, why be with a struggling company that cannot offer you good benefits and privileges when you can try your career with a bigger and better company.

i know simplyD it's just that this feeling of mine. i don't know how to take away this kind of feelings(LOL).. 3 years ago i feel the same way too.

if what you are saying is that you are looking for a better job, there is no need to feel guilty. you are doing what is best for yourself. perhaps, your employer will understand. if not, that's even better because you know you are a good worker. on the other hand, she/he could make it hard for you, reference wise. good luck to you. as long as you are doing what is best for yourself. your employer has to do what they need to do for their business. you have to do what is best for you. if it is a good employer, they will understand. either everything i just said, or i don't understand what you are talking about. good luck anyway.

they're good and i don't have problems in here. it's just that i need a better job that pays more. i feel guilty because they're good. and having a good boss? i really find it hard to leave. and i know that they will understand my decision. thenks much for the response
