Water Refilling Station beside Gasoline Station

There's nothing wrong with those. If you're not familiar with gasoline station's construction, you'd be amazed at their safety and health precautions. These tanks are sealed tight without any water coming in, nor any gasoline sipping out. So there's no problem with that. Similarly, the Water Refilling Stations don't dig tanks under the ground. All of their equipments are above ground. So still, there's no problem with that. Not to mention the safety and health precautions they do as well. So, I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
