I'm planning a 'Crafter's' retreat for the first time. I have been to several scrapbook retreats and they are so much fun, so now, I'm jumping off the deep end and planning one for mid-May. I already have the location picked out and will be putting the deposit down for it, and have the meals, lodging, etc. figured out. I decided to make it a crafter's weekend instead of a scrapbook retreat so that women that do other crafts can attend also. Our location has a beautiful view of a lake, a full wall is all windows and a long porch to sit out on and take a break. I still have to do a little recon, to see how to set up the tables, etc. Have you ever been to a weekend scrapbook/crafter weekend, or planned one? Any tips, suggestions would be appreciated!

This sounds really fun! If I could find all my beading stuff I'd love to come! Probably can't afford it but if you send me a link I would love to look at it!
