They can warn you before doing this..... It depends on your hosting. If u are using free service of hosting then they can ban ou to do this and If you are paying for the hosting then your content will be fine....Thanks...

I think so too as long as you pay for your domain I think you will be fine. However if you live in US and the website owner (the one that you copied) is also from US they can file a complain and take you to the court and there is possibility that you could lose if they can prove you use their material without their acknowledge it. Good Luck!

i think it is always possible to have a domain or account suspended when you are not abding by the rules. you just have to make sure that your contents are within the allowable contents. i believe when you copy things from anouther source, you put the source or the link and do not declare it as your own... that way you have a disclaimer.

If the owner of copyright material finds his content used without permission, the correct procedure would be, first, to ask the site owner to remove the offending content within a certain time (usually a week). If the site owner ignores the request, the next step is to advise the hosting company of the situation. The hosting company will then usually suspend the whole site. Every hosting company - free and paid - has clearly stated Terms governing the use of their hosting. If you haven't read them, I strongly advise you to do so now. Using copyright content without the permission of the owner is a criminal offence.

Hi, Vinay1011, and welcome to mylot. You should always read the terms and conditions of any web or blog hosting site. Their conditions for plagiarism or for content may be different; some hosting sites may allow certain content while others won't allow it. You should also find a free copyright site where you can register your work or content with such site to have proof that this is your original work or content. And you should always use several plagiarism checkers to insure that your work or content is original. If you want to use others content find articles directories which allow you to use their content on your website or blog. Or contact the author of the content you wish to use for permission.
