Sleeping Naked?

I am comfortable sleeping naked. hehehehehe I am too shy about it. :D

What if at night there's a burglar? it would be embarrassing to do a self defense if you are naked... LOL... I never sleep naked, sometimes i don't wear underwear but i still wear my clothes.

hi, actually i cant sleep if im naked,i just not comfortable to be like that when i sleep,i never try it and will never ever try that. i have some friends who can sleep naked maybe it depends upon the person who will do that practice.

Asking me if I sleep naked is akin to asking me if I wear something when I'm going swimming, or asking me if I have to think about breathing! Naked is our natural state. I strive to be naked as much as possible, and I cannot imagine being constrained unnaturally whilst in the state of sleep any more than I could imagine trying to swim while being nearly drowned with garments.

sleeping naked is very much more comfortable oflollipopskies, but now that i have moved from south georgia, usa to a very cold climate, i do not know about the health benefits! i used to never sleep naked, but began doing so on the advice of my husband. it is much more comfortable and fun! but i keep a robe close at hand in case of emergencies! fortunately, we have also passed the age when we will have young children hopping into our bed in the middle of the night unexpectedly!

good day to you, My parents are too conservative in terms of living so that policy is not allowed to us. That, they even checked us before sleeping time. As they want to make sure that we wore our proper sleeping clothes such as our pajama set. And so, there is no chance for us to sleep in that mode, or else we will be scolded.

Nah, I tried once, just the top but it was awkward for me, but I did get to sleep, and there a thick blanket on top... But it does feel free-ish. have you tried it?

when i am home alone i try it but most of time i sleep beside my brother so i have no chance to get naked while sleeping :D with my wife i will try it :P

I prefer to sleep in my pajamas, even in the summer. I'm never alone at home, though if I was, maybe I would try it. I hate the thought that somebody opens the door and I'm naked.

i knew one of my friend she likes sleeping naked. She said, she gets itch when she sleep with any garment regardless what type the material is.

sleeping naked is a wounder full thing,but make sure that the door in locked.i use to sleep like this in very hot summer nights.......

I don't. Haha. It just makes me feel unprotected without my clothes. I very much prefer my PJs, thank you. And I very much prefer to be wrapped in my blanket. I suppose it also has something to do with my character. I just feel safe and protected with cloth around me. I don't know if that sounds weird, but that's what I think. :)

I never sleep naked..Never tried and I don't see the point. And I was sharing my bedroom with my aunt. Do you think I can sleep naked when my aunt is in the same room? I guess not.

It can feel like freedom but I worry too much about something happening that I might need to get out of the house and not have the time to get dressed so it is better to wear something to help me sleep with a clear mind.

Personally, I don't sleep naked. It's not that there's anything wrong with sleeping naked or anything like that. It's just that I don't personally feel comfortable sleeping naked. I prefer sleeping in my pajamas.

Well I do sleep naked at summer most of the times. I have to say that it is more relaxing than in winter when you have to wear pajamas so you don't feel cold.

There is just something that feels deeply unsettling with me sleeping naked. I don't know if it is deeply unsettling if it is me personally or just deeply unsettling because the fact that sleeping naked is deeply unsettling, but it is just deeply unsettling. It just doesn't seem comfortable to me not to have some barrier between yourself and the bed, with the most private of private parts being obscured. Then again, I never tried. Nor do I want to try. I'll just not get much sleep, because I think that my comfort levels will be all off for some reason. Then again, you just never know. I think that this is one of those, "it really, really does depend on the person things." But I do know that it is just not for me. Not by a long shot.

I do not feel comfortable sleeping naked, maybe if it was just my husband and I in the house but with the kids...no. I would not want them having a bad dream or something coming in my room and see me naked! Lol. They are getting older to where it would not be appropriate for them to see me naked. Maybe one day once the kiddos are grown...
