i'm using photoshop CS3 and CS4, what do you think about it ?
what's the different of them , and which one better ?

they are just almost the same but i prefer more adobe photoshop cs4 because it has a clearer interface. however, as i observed, there are features in cs3 which was removed in cs4 making cs4 more difficult to use. in cs4, 3D is now availabe. also, maybe you should try the new version of photoshop which is cs5.5 extended. it is much better than the other versions. however, if you are a beginner in this software, try to study first cs3 to see the basics. then move to cs5. :)

They are just about the same, although CS4 has several upgrades that really makes artists consider if CS4 is worth it. Overall Photoshop is a great art program, but for cartoon and manga I recommend Easy Paint Tool Sai which is about $20.00.

I think there would little difference not very much.
every software get updated or launches new version do not make any drastic change because it would be hard for old users to operate new software like Microsoft Office, firefox etc.
photoshop mentioned new changes in the Pdf file which they provide with the software. I think, we can see it in Whats New.
