Should high schools conduct mandatory drug testing?

High school is a time where under age kids usually get influenced or experiment with drugs/smoking/drinking (and thinks its cool) or whatever the case may be. I was not one of the handful who did but I remember back in High school the school got a tip that someone in the building had some sort of drugs in their backpack. The police and k9 dog came in the school and made everyone stand in a straight line while the dogs sniffed everyone. It was pretty scary event, but do you think high schools should conduct mandatory drug testing. Attending school is a choice and if you're messing around doing drugs/smoking then you shouldn't attend. So do you think high schools should conduct mandatory drug testing like how shots are supposed to be up to date too? What do you think?? Or maybe drug testing should be required for those who have been caught with drugs/smoking/drinking?
