When I was little my parents got me a bike. I tried riding it and I kept falling down. After that the got me some helping wheels. I only used them shortly because I got the hang of things. After that I broke it in a fence :)). Now I like riding a bike a lot. At least a few times a year I take a hike with some friends on our bikes. How did you learn how to ride a bike ? At what age ?

I learned how to ride a bike the old fashioned method, starting out with training wheels for awhile. Then once I got the hang of that, I progressed to riding in the driveway with dad helping me keep my balance. After a lot of practice and a few skinned knees I finally got the hang of it. I was probably about 5 or 6 years old, I can't remember for sure. Now I ride a bike all the time for fun and excercise.

The saying the failure leads to the success is true. I learned to ride the bike by falling down many times. This is how I learned it. But I learned it very late since my dad said it was dangerous to ride the bike. So finally I learned it when I was in the college. My son did it better than me, he learned it last year when he was 7 years old:) I love China

I learned how to ride a bike at the age of ten, I think. back in the day, the bikes where the coolest thing out there, nobody was rollerblading or stuff like that. The best of us had the Mountain Bikes, if you remember those. And the number of gears you had on the bike, was one of the most impressing thing you could ever show. The funniest thing was that the guys with the most expensive bikes were the most horrible riders. Good times.

I learned how to ride a bike when I was around 6 or 7. After riding a 3-wheel bunny-headed baby bike for a long time, I got a bicycle with helping wheels. When I first tried to ride it without the helping wheels, I ran into a tree, that was painful! All the kids around the house saw it. Later I learned it, though having a bike with tiny wheels, that makes you tired easily, didn't really make me confident.

I learned how to ride a bike when I was 5 years old. My next door neighbor had a bike, and he would always tease me about being a girl even though we were best friends. I was bound and determined to prove to him that I could do anything that he could do, even if I was just a girl. I spent the whole day getting on the bike, falling off the bike, and trying again until I finally rode that bike down the street. I was so proud that I proved something to him. The next day my grandfather bought me my first bike, and he practiced with me until we could take the training wheels off.

I was four or five when I learned how to ride a bike, but I had a lot of trouble at first because of the way that I used to walk and how clumsy I could be.

When I was a kid,A public park near where we used to live had a fenced in cycle track laid out with road markings, junctions, traffic lights and a stable of bikes and trikes for most sizes and riding abilities of kid-It was a stampede to get the best one when the gate was opened for a timed session on the track..I didn't get my first road bike until later..

I had helping wheels too on my bike when I was a kid. I think I was around 5. First I had 2 helping wheels after I started gaining some balance I went with one helping wheel and then after a period of time my parents removed the one too and after that I was without help. I falled sometimes though I can't recall them and since then I'm biking without help :)

I learnt riding a bike when I was around 5. My dad taught me and I could ride a bike after having a 3-hour lesson with him. However, I am still not very good at riding a bike now as I can't go upslope and downslope though riding on a flat land should be fine. I just can't get the bike move upslope and the bike will just crash if I go downslope even if I have used the brake and stopped moving my legs. However, I still enjoy riding a bike.

I learned on a yellow BMX. My dad used to hold the seat while I was riding. He sometimes let go and I wouldn't know. So I learned.
