Allergies can't be remove totally but can be cure temporarily like me, I have an asthma which also attacks due to allergic reaction to food, dust, temperature, and stress which is quite hard having too many to avoid. Thinking that I am going to have this forever and I love foods and I am also expose to dust and heat and stress, what I do is take an antihestamine medicine to cure any possible allergies that might attack. I drink two to three times a day and so far it's has been a year since my last asthma attack. I am not saying that you should do the same, consult your doctor what to do if it is okay for you to take an anti allergy tablet a day and that is when you decide.

Homeopathy treatment is best for allergies. If you have any homeopath nearby, visit him/her. Or you can visit abchomeopathy.com for online consultation. I used it previously and it's working good. You need to be descriptive about your ailment. Then only they can direct you in the right way.

I don't know any natural medicines against it but I usually drink a spoonful of cough syrup(anti-histamine) and they work wonders. They say you can drink hot water and breathe in steam but I don't know if they really work.

Guess there is no such remedies, best is to avoid dust pollen grains and avoid good quality mask for that, prevention is better than cure..
