How to retrieve your data from mega upload

Many of you already knew that, the lawsuit against mega upload had shut this website off, and many of us no longer can share other's people stuff. So, what if you have some interesting data that you uploaded on mega upload server, and you want to get them back, won't it be possible? I heard that it is so expensive for mega upload to keep those data on their server right now, it will cost them at least $9,000 per day, and now it is accumulated up to more than a couple of million dollars. They can't delete all these data, because they are so afraid that some third party who already upload their data on mega upload might initiate a different lawsuit against them. So, I won't be so fun to make million dollars by doing online business, while you have to face all these potential lawsuit issue.
