Sunday, according to the Bible, is a time to observe the Sabbath and keep it a holy. People have worked for six days .So Sunday, the seventh day,is a day of rest dedicated to the Lord.People go to Church to worship the God, and then visit relatives or play with their children on Sundays. But nowadays, the practices have been changed. When Sunday is coming, what people ask one another is "what do you plan to DO this Sunday?"The answer can range from going to a mall to participating in a road race to jetting to someplace for a party. Hi myloters, what do you do on Sundays?

Technically, according to scriptures SAturday is the Sabbath because it is the 7th day of the week. However, I don't think God is very "religious" about it.. He wants all of our time no matter what! Every day we live as believers should be set aside for Him. I have pondered a lot about a SAbbath and what it would actually look like to take one...

My uneducated guess is that in the New Testament it says a lot of times that they "broke bread" or came together on the first day of the week!

We need to take rest and finish all personal works these days.

Personally speaking, on Sunday I usually read books at home or have dinner with friends outside. In my view, Sunday is a day which we use to relax ourselves. The ways of such relax are various. Whatever we do on Sunday, so long as we feel relaxed, the time of Sunday is not wasted. To people who work in offices on weekdays, participating in sports on Sunday is a good way to relax themselves.
