Write short notes on Auto fill in MS excel

If you know about auto fill in ms excel then explain your view how can write short notes on it. I know about auto fill but in practically not know how can write short notes.

No autofill means like fill series of row like 1,2,3 etc.

Yeah that is one way thanks..:) And Surekha ji - if the formual involves a stationary cell you do need to use dollars before and after the column letter.

If I've understood your query correctly Cell A1 - type 1 Cell A2 - Type +A1+1 Now copy the formula of cell A2 to down to the level you want. Ok? You can do this for row s as well. Instead of A2 you would be using the cell B1 there. Hope I have explained myself clearly and this is what you were looking for. :)
