I am just 28 yrs old boy. look good and handsome but stomach make me feel very sad. Can someone tell me 'How to reduce excess stomach fat' and gain my health to be a perfect boy. I am desperately thinking of my stomach.

Belly fat are really those hard to remove. Sit-up will do but it will really takes time and patience in order to achieve 6-pack abs. Me too, that is one of body parts that needs to be reduce or better remove excess fats. I did sit-ups, about 100, every other morning just before taking a bath. There are other advanced work-out that really works, again it just takes time and patience. According to some articles that I read, fibrous fodd like oatmeal really helps in reducing belly fats. Also, they said adding blueberries will really helps a lot. Another, they said that yogurt could realy help in reducing belly fats. Try to searh the net on how to reduce that body parts faster.

Hello! Take less carbs intake and eat veggies and fruits. Do aerobics and exercise everyday. Do some abs exercises and jog every early morning. And lastly be disciplined and watch your diet. This is the most important thing.

this is simple weight loss technique that pays of handsomely.when eating ,in between each bite u take-put your fork down.this will slow this will slow your rate of eating down and you won't shovel as much food into your mouth.its simple,obvious but effective.develop the habit and see yourself. i dont know whether u r eating in front of the TV or not. Actualy u should eat in front of computer or Tv .when happens this u will usually eat more then u should and this results in extra calories.
