A woman and her lover hired goons to kill her husband, he ended up dead alright, but she was raped by the goons she hired.

Divine justice at or just unlucky? I just don't know what to think of this.

If there is justice prevailing, thankfully it still is intact, punishment is inevitable. But that little "extra" thrown in, in this incident is rather surprising.

You got that right , alottodo :) What goes around comes around.
One can not be surprised if he gets involved with crimes , crimes can also just come upon him. It's like playing with fire , like hanging with the wrong people (wich the woman and her lover did ).
It's like in the old movie with whitny huston that her sister paid murdereds to kill whitney , but the murderers didn't recognize her in the dark and killed the sister instead.

Well! She and the lover were stupid enough to take a shortcut to what would be a permanent solution for their love. That has led them to the misery and jail, in that order. I think all the crimes will be dealt with in the judicial process and everybody will incriminate everyone else. They may as well be looking at their "happy ending" behind the bars.

The goons were That stupid? Now she can hire more guys to kill them! Or if the law gets her , they will go in for both murder And rape. Justice? No, Stupidity!

Not necessary. To have this bother them , they Have to have a conscience. To calmly plan a murder And then order it like a pizza , one either ignores their conscience or they never had one to start with. What will upset them is the fact they got caught. They will be sorry they got caught. And those goons should watch out. If they can order the killing of her husband , what makes them think they won't order the killing of them too! In fact it will be easier to get them if they are in jail!

The goons common muddle names seems to be DUH! The woman and the lover, however seem to be capable of some thinking, so they conspired to bump off the man. This ability to think is exactly what will torment them when they serve time.

It could be greed on the part of the husband as well..
I mean the new laws make the wife eligible for some share of her husband's properties. So he may not have been willing to part with his properties. That is the reason he might have refused a divorce forcing the woman to take such an extreme step. Otherwise, why he, as an innocent, should lose life!

Horrible can even begin to describe the sordid events of that day. Bestiality of those who planned the killing, people ready to do the job and their getting the 'bonus' of the rape is all wrong, even scary for normal people. The real justice is when they have time, plenty of it, to recall and regret what they did.

It is also a purpose of being in jail : have enaugh time to think about the crime that was done and learn the lesson. I doubt it is gonna help the man to learn his lesson.
The man and the woman were just too ignorant to do such a thing but maybe the woman will understand to stay away from planning murders , hiring bullies and etc.
Maybe she learns the law of karma. :)

This has nothing to do with justice. You think it's justice because the woman was raped? And how come the lover was not raped or killed? Men are better as women? If it was justice that lover was raped too!

I agree justice has nothing to do with it[ or has it?] at the end of the day they all were guilty except for the poor man who was killed and then how do we know how good was him? at the end of the day no one has the right to take justice in their own hands there are authorities who can take care of that! and about the lover? to me he is just a big time looser not worth any thing.

I second your second sentence, Amen to that. The goons were not stupid enough to kill their paymaster, they were only stupid enough to stay back and have a go at her body.
I think none of these happenings is justice. Justice will be when they finally realize they will be the guests of the prison system for a long time.

She could have packed her bags and eloped, she could have appealed to the society for separation, she could have gotten a divorce, but, murder? I will vote for a heartache any day over murder.
AS you say, we know only the part story, but, it leaves me wondering, whether she wanted the cushy life of a rich farmer's wife, without the farmer, an a lover to sweeten things up a bit.

It seems that justice has been done, but I think both the murder and the rape are tragedies. I don't know why the woman wanna kill her husband. The murder itself is a crime so that the woman should be punished. But remember that she should only be punished by court according to the law. The rape is not the punishement she deserved. The woman is the criminal of murder and the victim of rape. We'd better seperate these two crimes.

What you say is what may happen, because the justice system is made to be unbiased and dispassionate. I wonder how it would feel if I were to be judged guilty of a crime and at the same time, judged a victim another crime related to the same crime.

Well obviously when you are going to hire someone who is willing to do murder, then you might just set yourself up for something. I don't know if I would quite call it justice, but at the same time, I don't really call it something rather surprising to say the very least. I mean, obviously everyone involved except for maybe the person that was killed, was messed up to some extent.
Of course, it would really be divine justice if the rapists had got hit by a bus after the deed was done or they were mugged and killed or something, and then there is a vicious cycle. But as it is, it is just when you deal with criminals who are willing to kill, one would assume that they are absolutely willing to do anything to anyone.

I think this is just a case of karma and even though the woman had her husband killed I don't think her getting raped does anyone any good. I believe the both the woman and the goons should be tried in a court of law for their crimes because justice in the hands of the people is not justice but revenge.

They are as of now cooling their heels in a jail awaiting trail. Justice is slow here in India, and the trail and the conclusion may take years. Then there is this matter of two crimes interlinked, the murder and the rape. This may as well make the judicial process more time taking.
It is for the legal system to find them guilty or not, but all of them have a long time in incarceration, before they know what they are in for as a punishment.

Criminality should not be supported, or justified by 'any stretch' of ones imagination. Loosely speaking, is'nt justice meted out to the aggrieved party in a dispute as a form of compensation; after deliberations occur in an 'arbitration like setting', and a verdict declared to benefit the aggrieved party in the dispute?
Therefore there was no justice served by this woman, who made two stupid decisions; (1)conspiring to kill her husband and (2) electing to engage the wrong company to execute the awfull deed. Interesting, this woman has to have had to befriended these goons in order to recuit their services, over time. Surely, she thought that she would not be herself a victim of a crime. But I am not sorry for her, as she has to bear the consequences of her primary deed of conspiring to commit murder, and the secondary deed of being a victim of another crime (rape).
In my opinion, justice may occur if the husband's family is compensated when the guilty is prosecuted under the law.

I think this lady is wrong! To love the name of the kill. This is indeed my concept which can not be accepted. Can only say good and evil coming to an end eventually return?God bless the innocent husband!

Yes she is wrong as wrong can be! She has paid for it extra-judicially and will suffer the judicial punishment also. What a turn of events for someone who wanted to be with her lover!

it's her karma..1st thing is, no one has the right to kill somebody..and with her case, she hired some people to kill her husband..and i guess karma just came unexpectedly..although it's also traumatic on her that she was gang raped..but good thing she wasn't killed..now, it turned out she and her lover lost..they are in jail for the murder and she has traumatic experience..

It is rather surprising that the retribution came so swiftly, and that will in no way be a mitigating factor in her defense. The rape and the time she is bound to do are a sort of double jeopardy, but not in the legal sense. It is hard to either sympathize with her for the rape, or to forgive her for the murder. The lover is as guilty, must have felt the surge of power at the time of killing, hope he likes the sinking feeling of a man who has no chance of meeting the world on his own terms.

In the end, you will notice the one who is the truly evil one and the one who commits the crime. It was the goons to be blame. Not the woman or the lover because they just order them to murder. But the goons have the choice don't they? They can accept the job or decline it. But yet they accept the job to murder the woman's husband then attack her.
So the one should receive the most punishment were the goons. So why focus on the woman? You don't know her background story. You don't know her motive to kill her husband. But the goons on the other hand just wanted to commit the murder for money and they attack her because they wanted to, not because of something else.

Hi,.
It's very horrible story. killing of a husband, behaving badly with the woman and all these evil things must be punished by God. There are so cruel and selfish people that for their self interest they are ready to do anything. I can't understand how can they do such things of cruelty? Are they don't have any heart? They don't have any emotions. These people should be strictly punished.

That is a sad story, a very sad story. Since the woman did foolishness then she received foolishness. What she's doing is not right. When you decided to marry the man and let him became your husband then you are now one. If you wanted to break up with him for a reason of falling out of love or whatever it is you don't have any right to kill or end the life of the person. I think what happen to her is a lesson that she should learn. If it's divine justice or not I can't tell that but the only thing I can tell, God hear the cries of a righteous man.
