Have you had a workmate that was so annoying? I have this workmate who is so irritating. She was so bossy even she's not boss. She treats people like they were her servants/slaves. Even she's not the one you are talking to, she will always butt in with her unfavorable comments. She will always find someone to blame when problem occurs. But when she's the one who will ask a favor, she will act like an innocent sheep. I just hate her attitude and it just ruin my day every time I saw her. That's why as much as possible I avoid walking near her shadow. She is just so annoying.

Yes, many times. And it is even worse when they seem to be a favorite of the supervisor for some reason. So no matter how much you want to complain about them, you just cannot really bring yourself to do so. No matter how tempting it really might be to complain about them, to yell about them, no matter how therapeutic it might be.
Of course, these people are best avoided, unless you absolutely have to interact with them. And I think that I have managed to find ways to work around them. Of course, there is just something where time to time, you get rather pushed right towards them to work on some project and it takes a lot of self control not to do something that you know you will regret.

If I was as wise as I am now I would have handled a similar situation in my work experience much better. I suffered immensely as I was touchy and just could not deal with the situation. Avoiding even her shadow is the best that you can do and I wish I had done that too!

I think it is usual that there will be someone who will annoy us. It happened to me, I do have this work mate that I really hate the most. Her attitude is so irritating, but as time passes by I get used to it. She's was nice at all.
If her attitude is really so irritating, try to confront her immediately.

There seems to be one of these in every office. When the one in my office lost her son, I gave her all sorts of leeway when she didn't do her work, or came in late, or anything else because losing a child is so very hard.
Yet, when my husband had five heart bypasses and then got a massive infection, she had no patience when I got upset over bad reports from his doctors, who, in effect, said he was hanging on by a thread. She claimed I was being 'overly dramatic' when he started bleeding internally and they could not get it stopped and I worried aloud that I was not ready to be a widow.
Prior to her son's passing, she refused to bring the office into the current century and did all work in pen and pencil rather than use computers. When I was given the task of setting up a program to follow sales and rentals of condos, she would not touch it, nor would she ever help other people with their tasks. If I helped other departments as well as keeping my own in check, she told everyone I was trying to make HER look bad.
You are doing the right thing. Ignore her, stay away from her as much as possible, because given half a chance she will stab anyone in the back to promote herself.

Well, you should confront her if she treat you again like dirt. You should stand up for yourself, and don't let anyone be your boss like that. At every workplace, I discovered that we will have met someone like that character. Unavoidably, we have to deal such person in life. I hope that you can deal with her peacefully, and you shouldn't be afraid of her. Be reasonable, and be rightful.

That is really annoying. Sometimes those kind of person acts more bossy compared to the real boss. Sometimes, they act like they know all stuffs in the office, however, if a problem arises, they ar the first one to point people responsible for the cause of the problem.

I work with a guy and he is also annoying he is also bossy but also he is a liar he lies about everything, people he has supposed to have beaten up, woman he has slept with, jobs he has done etc. The guy does not stop lying and it doesnt matter what you have the done he has done the same but done it better its a nightmare working with this guy. The truth is my boss is just as bad so i cant even go to her so all i can do is grit my teeth and go with it, but it makes my shift go so slow.

I know right? I guess we can't avoid colleagues in the office who pretend to be somebody they are not. Uggh! That attitude really sucks. But hey, you can still take a positive approach to that problem. Don't let your workmate's attitude define who you are. She can say all she wants but this should not dampen your spirit. Be the best that you can be, live life to the fullest and smile. Good day.
