Talking about a website on Mylot question

Hello Mylotters,
I have a simple question but I didn't find a correst answer to it. In the rule it says that you can't do advertising for a other website or product but I would talk about a website in the money making section. How can I write/post so the Mylotters can find the website I'm talking about. Saying how to find it via google ?

You can discuss other websites and share good and valuable information with others at myLot... we are encouraged to do that 
What you cannot do, under any circumstances, is use the myLot discussions to profit from those websites yourself. So, as you have seen in the guidelines, there can be no referral URLs given, you cannot say "contact me for information on how to earn," "PM me for info," or "go to my profile to sign up on this website", etc. If you genuinely want to discuss a good website, then by all means talk about it in a general and informative manner ... but if your motivation for discussing it is for your personal profit then it's best not to try because you'll likely wind up have your efforts removed.
