before the game, i ever predicted about the score 3-1 for barcelona with my triond article
and my prediction is right...
before discussing whats happen in this game..
lets see the starting line up...
Barcelona: Valdes, Mascherano, Pique (Adriano 75), Puyol, Alves, Busquets, Fabregas (Keita 78), Xavi (Thiago 63), Iniesta, Messi, Cuenca.
AC Milan: Abbiati, Mexes, Nesta, Antonini, Abate, Ambrosini, Boateng (Pato 69, Maxi Lopez 83), Seedorf (Aquilani 61), Nocerino, Ibrahimovic, Robinho.
Its amazing when Pep guardiola play the younger play Isaac cuencea..for me, it was one few mistake from barcelona in this game..
Isaac cuenca did not play good in the first half..
like my prediction, the same tactics was done by Allegri (same player and composition)..but Allegri changed the style when Milan is bravely making open play...
in minute 5 and 7 Messi had given threat for Abbiati ...several effort from messi become nothing because always stopped by Abbiati which plays good until the end of the game..
But the silly mistake from luca antonini (one of hero for milan in the first game) which push down Messi, make referee Bjorn Kuipers had no choice and gives pinalty for Barcelona..
messi score the goal and beat Abbiati 1-0 for barcelona..it was a new record too for champions league..
But Milan finally equalized in 32 nd minute through a kick of Antonio Nocerino..zlatan gives a superb assist and Javier mascherano make the offside trap is useless...
1-1 for both of the team..
but there are a little case in pinalty kick (42 nd minute ) when Nesta pull the clothes Sergio Busquet, yellow card for Nesta and pinalty for barcelona...
All milan player protest it..but the referee said No..No..
Messi once again kick the pinalty and beat once again Mr abbiati..
2-1 for barcelona..
and the fans of barcelona was happy with this result.. Allegri and Tassoti become so panic..
However, Barca then get another penalty kick in the 42nd minute. This time draw clothes because Alessandro Nesta Sergio Busquets.
first half 2-1 for barcelona
in the second half, there are many substitution..
Iniesta make one goal in the second half, continued the deflective ball from Messi..3-1 for barcelona
Pato changed Boateng in 62 nd minute but in minute 83 pato was changed by Maxi...whats happen with Pato??
and Aquilani changed Seedorf but it was so useless for Milan..
pep make surprised again when changed Xavi with Thiago Alcantara, Fabregas with keita and pique with Adriano..
Adriano and Thiago alcantara wasted 2 their chance for scoring the goal...
the best team will be better and we must believes that barcelona is better for milan in this match...
share your opinions guys!!

I watched most of the match (till it really got boring in around 75min and at the same time I watched the Bayern match too on my laptop) I didn't say that they weren't better than ACM I just said they didn't win fair. They could have also won without help (again). It's not the first time though that Platini's favorites (FCB and most of the french teams) are getting a little push when needed, ;) because even if FCB was dominating in most of the first half, going to the halftime as 1-1 would have given the psychological advantage to ACM.

so can we start in the first leg??
i mean if we are discussing and blaming the referee, it will be endless discussion i think..
because many party believes that they will lost because of the referee..
sometimes i don`t know, why many people is so blind..
they knows that their effort is nothing and maybe the enemy or opponent is better..but its not many people admit that their opponent is better..so they only one people can be blamed, ---- the referee

I think AC Milan should be given credit for the way they played over the two legs. Barcelona had a debatable second Penalty and there wasn't as much between the teams as the final score might have suggested.

debatable pinalty too in second leg if Milan now protest about messi second pinalty..
it was too excessive i think the referee opinion about nesta contact with sergio busquet..
how about the hand movement of Abbiati when push down sanchez??
barcelona is fine without pinalty
just admit my friend
barcelona is the better in milan in two legs, both first and second leg..

It was another clinical performance from Barcelona. Given the fact that the first match had ended in a draw, all Milan wanted was one goal on the night to make it a tougher task for Barcelona. But at Nou Camp, Barca again was too good with Messi again on the score sheet. Messi is really incredible and Milan gifted him two penalties to score and he made Milan pay the penalty!!
Cheers!

yes, i think Milan push to score 1 goals and try to hold barcelona only score 1 goal too
but their strategy is not smarter i think
without thiago silva and mark van bommel, the strategy is not effective
too bad, luca antonini play not good like in the first leg..
i think in the first leg, he is one of milan hero...but in second leg, he is the first give disaster for Milan..his careless tackle for messi, make pinalty, no doubt..
what do you think about second pinalty for Barcelona??

great match beetween the great clubs, both of them have got champions league trophy more than 4 time. i think barca is deserved to go semi final, as we have watched they give more pressures in milan's penalty area, and with this result they will face chelsea or benfica in the next round, and they are a right candidate to go final anyway. have a nice day mate.

It took a superb rear guard action with some abnormal misses from Barca players that AC Milan was able to hold the catalan club to a draw at the San Siro. For them to repeat the performance at Nou Camp, that is too much to ask for. Having said that, when AC Milan drew level on the night, it does look like an upset is on the card. But it was not meant to be and Barcelona proceed to face old foe Chelsea in the semi-finals.

Barcelona should win on their home ground given their perfect record there. I'm sure AC would be happy to draw their game as it ensures their passage into the semis. However in football, things are not always according to script. The reason AC players protested to the penalty because it means their advantage is gone. The moment Barcelona scores again, it means AC has to find another goal, which is not easy to come by. By the third goal, AC has more or less given up, which we see players being substituted, taking out strong players, giving them rest in preparation for Serie A matches. The same goes for Barcelona, which is why he sent out young players for play.

This was one of the best football actions I had watched for quite some time. I am really not a fun of football but this was one game I enjoyed from the start to the end. I remember arguing against the penalty after a fault on Messi by Lucca. The game ended well and I enjoyed the Barcelona win but they did not deserve the first penalty.
