Telkomsel, Most complained of Public...

Yesterday I just can 'legacy' Telkomsel modem from the neighbors. Not bad but still it should come out of capital to buy a SIM Card and pulse to subscribe to the Internet. But there's a funny incident afterwards. My original intention googling about how Telkomsel card setting, turned out to find a lot of complaints (perhaps diatribe rather) to the operator of this red. Indeed, we know the quality of mobile networks in Indonesia are not reliable as shown in the ads. And I'm sure every day all mobile operators would be complaints from customers. But the number of complaints it was too much for Telkomsel. Due to the volume of work this morning is not too much, so just for fun this afternoon I was little research on public dissatisfaction with the virtual world of Telkomsel hehe.. When I check in facebook, it turns out that the number of groups 'anti Telkomsel' there are eight, and even there the number of members to hundreds of people. There is also another group of anti operator, Indosat or Esia example. But there's only 1-2 group only, and the number of its members are also just a handful. Switching to such a forum Kaskus, there are several threads containing complaints addressed to the various operators, both GSM and CDMA. But it was only the operator Telkomsel has the group 'Boycotts Supporting Telkomsel' with member number about 200 people. Other operators do not exist. When talking with friends for lunch just right, appears interesting opinion why Telkomsel much blasphemed in cyberspace. Perhaps because of the number of Vodacom customers the most, so a complaint against the quality of cellular services predominantly for Telkomsel. Regardless, the reality is the most expensive tariff Telkomsel. I think that's new voucher based on price comparisons with other providers anyway she repeated. But yes, fair dong if customers scream louder if you feel cheated? Yes, if the quality is the same as use another operator cheaper. Moreover Telkomsel himself reportedly was having various problems, both internally and externally. Starting from the slow process of change of CEO, vice president of their adoption as a suspect case of suction pulses, their servers are vulnerable uprooted, to target the growth/sales that failed to achieve in recent years. Hmm, lest my neighbors pass on the modem to me because he was too disappointed with Telkomsel?

Hello there, actually my parents is a loyal customer of telkomsel. they have been using telkomsel since 2001 and so far they never have problem with telkomsel. my brother and I are telkomself flash users since a year ago, and I can say that im quiet satisfied with the service. with 50.000Indonesian Rupiah/month we can broswe internet as much as we want. at first month we will get 300mb quota/month when we reached the quota we still able to connect to internet but the speed is slower. and then after few months using telkomself we get 800mb/month. Before we use telkomsel flash, I was using indosat m2 sim card but then something happened with their setting and I cant use it on my modem anymore so I had to change it. Actually there are complain to every provider because im sure that no provider can give 100% satisfaction to the customers. there are many factors which make the connection is not good, probably you are living in an area where too many people using telkomsel at the same time? probably the network signal is too low so it make the connection very slow and probably you've reached the monthly quota. as i said there is no provider which can satisfy 100% of the customers. indosat is cheap but then it has a lot of trouble, such as pending sms, slow connection. axis, three, xl, esia, flexi...it is all has it owns plus and minus.

when we choose a provider for us to use, we should not only take a look at the bonus as consideration but we need to check whether the network is available or not in our area. there is no use to pick a provider who offers a lot of bonus but it has weak network in our area. I dont think that there is a provider with has no weakness at all, axis and three doesnt have strong network in my area so that is why I never use these providers.

i think not only telkomsel must get many complaints from their user i always believes, many of our internet provider can`t guarantee keep good their performance and traffic they can guarantee when they had a few customers..but after getting so much customers,they are sacrifice us for getting so many new customers.. thats their habit so don`t only blame t3koms*l i think, because not only telkomsel like that..

yes, it's not just t3lk0ms*l. Here the user probably also quite a lot in the appeal TseL other operators so ya like that as if tseL the most disappointing...

I never use Telkomsel sim card (as, simpati, or halo), because from past untill now they always charged high to get free sms, and according to my friends experience they always get network problem at the night
