World Health Day is a global campaign, organised by the World Health Organization(WHO) that invites people from all strata of society, from global leaders to the public in all countries, to focus on a single health challenge with global impact. It is held on April 7 to mark the founding of the WHO, and has been celebrated on this day every year since 1950. Each year, a theme is selected for World Health Day that highlights a priority area of concern for WHO. International, regional and local events based on this theme are then held on this day and for the rest of the year. Thus, World Health Day provides a worldwide opportunity to address key public health issues that affect the international community. Since the programs launched are long-term ones, their impact continues well past April 7.

Thank you for the information. It's good to hear about that.People nowadays should be aware about the different health issues and be more concern about their health. We should learn to take care our health for as the saying goes, "Health is wealth".
