Go back home or not?

Few months before. My parents were praying for my visa to approved and work abroad. My part and some of my friends were praying for that. The visa were approved and financial help came by until my family and I needed to say goodbye.
I am holding a visit visa valid for 3 months. The period wherein I have to find a job that can transfer the sponsorship of my visit to working visa. First week was exciting. I applied job on line and interviews were scheduled. Some job offers came but I need to choose the right job offer that could give higher salary and could pay for my expenses. I decline most job offers until I felt lonely. I find myself crying and missing my family as well as the lifestyle that I enjoyed most in my home town.
In my home. I enjoyed waking up in the morning preparing to go to work. I travel from home to work and work to home for almost two hours every day but I have enjoyed it. I usually have mode trips like ice cream mode, hotdogs mode, jollibee mode, Boulevard mode, laughing mode, walked mode, home mode and different other mode, with friends every day and pay day. I go to church with a friend and some time with my mom and dad. I enjoyed doing laundry. I enjoyed playing with my four dogs. I enjoyed picking mango from our back yard. I enjoyed music even I am in our home. I enjoyed sleeping. I enjoyed watching television with my dad. I enjoyed doing nothing at all at home.
Here in a foreign land. I felt so sad and lonely and alone doing nothing that I enjoyed. No work. No friends. No dogs. Even if, I might get a job that could offer the way I want it. I might not enjoy the lifestyle.
I don't know. I am praying every day to Lord that He would give me the strength and take away all the worries in my heart. Provide me the best for me.

Girl, you just have answered to your own question and doupt
The point is that you left from home for a better future for you and your family but I dont see that either yet, if you have time left there abroad explore and exsaust all your options, going away from home for better doesnt work for everybody and it is not wrong how you feel and nobody will acuse you if you go back home, but you still have to do something about your life
It is still your decision friend, you make your own choices in life as we all do, sometimes it doesnt work, so you exploer other options, there are always other options, this is not the end...
I wish you good luck

I have already some friends and family members about this but most of them told me to try and find any job. Stay here and work for few months. If I don't like it. Go back home. The thing is. What if, I did find any job and I don't like it. I would still go back home. Right? Same thing with finding a job and like it. But lifestyle here is not for me. Still I am going back home.
But you have a point. I should explore this country. I still have few more weeks to stay. Thanks!

Yes, you have always the option to go back home, but you havent really tried to do anything, to live there, and that is just becuase you feel sick away from your home from day 1, and that is normal.
But you should be mature about this cause it is a big deal, you left home and it no joke, right? sometimes we have to do things that we dont really like, but we find other ways to make them more enjoyable for our profit you should do that, and give it sometime give it a chance cause when you get use to the life there, you will let your self meet new friends, and you will also find a job and everything will be ok
you dont need to go with the flow regarding the lifestyle matter, that is your choice to make too, but you can always "modify" it, always for your interest and benefit

Thank you. You really have a point. I did find some new people here. my house mate. We leave in the same flat and share for monthly fee. One of them is finding a way to look for a job for me with their company. So, I might accept that then. Thanks!

Home sick:( hmmm it does hallen be strong. It takes some time to adjust and accept new environment. If you are determined to stay, you'll do fine later but if your heart is not there better be in a place where you can find a sense of contentment. It wont be worth it being away from your family that's not what your heart desires.

You know the thing that keeps me crying is the time that I am away from my family. I am the only child in the family. My parents are not getting younger any more. And I left them. Every time I pray before I sleep. I pray that from head to toe they safe, healthy and happy. My question to myself is, is it really worth being away from them?

Life is what you make it at the end of the day. If the grass is not greener on the other side go back home simple. Happiness is a lot better than being sad all the time. You gave it a good shot of doing something different well done you at least you tried! You were only on a visit visa so its not like you are stuck in your situation unless there is more than you are telling. If you miss you friends and family go back to them. I know I would.

Yes, I am on a visit visa and I am not stuck in here yet. I will go back home one week before my visa expired to avoid penalties. How come you know? Are you away from your family?
