well it seems like jogging is my new thing.
i've been jogging for weeks now. just didn't think it'd last since i stopped years back.
i just noticed i had flab on my stomach. well it's considerably less now and my abs are almost back.
jogging is more of a release for me and the health benefits i get from it are great. i can breathe better and do lots of things without breaking too much sweat.
do you guys jog?
let's hear the pounding of shoes on the pavement. ta ta for now!

30 mins is fine.
you don't have to jog fast
as long as you get your blood pumping
make sure you only jog enough to sweat everything out
too much jogging can lead to passing out

Not really that much of a fan of jogging. I just really cannot get the right momentum, where I am really just able to jog at a great enough rate. Of course, walking is really something that is really good, it allows me to gain the fair amount of momentum, and really just allows me to get some movement, some exercise, while allowing me to be at peace with my thoughts.
I do think that no matter if you walk, jog, run, as long as you have some kind of exercise, than half of the battle is won. And really, you are just really a bit beyond pretty much everyone out there. Where we are just getting some form of exercise and that is rather great for our health. Whether it is jogging or walking, it doesn't matter in the end. As long as we are doing something.

I think jogging outdoors, away from pollution in the city, is one of the healthiest things. This then for people like you and me, especially when we seem to have some kilos in abundance, and thus a superfluous bit of flab.
Honestly, though I say which until now I have not ever done. And I am sorry, however, are always on time, a day to dress in gym clothes and go running. Then after a nice shower, and, surely, you will feel new!

Well, I'm training at the gym for 1 year, but I never found time for jogging so I recently start jogging once a week. I found it very relaxing and I couldn't way for the day for jogging to come, that's why I increase the times I jog and now, I go for jogging 3 times a week and its working very good for me. I burned a lot of fats and I've got more reliable, so jogging really helped me and make me feel better. I recommended for anyone. It is really healthy too so I don't see any bad side of this kind of sport activity.

Everyone should do some kind of exercise each day if they can for their health. Any kind of moving around works. Jogging is really good, but walking, running, anything helps.

I used to jog back about mid 80's but I had to quit because I got such bad cramps in my legs and the bottoms of my feet. I went to a doctor who made me a insert for my shoes but it was uncomfortable to jog with it in. It was a great experience and felt great to jog until the cramps started. Ouch!

Good for you. I used to jog last year, when I still had a jogging buddy with. But when she moved out and moved some place else because of work, I kind of lost the idea of jogging again. I miss jogging especially here in our place, with the cold wind slapping on your cheeks. I miss those times, but for now, my only exercise is walking from the office to my place, and whenever I get the chance to get up early in the morning and get prepared, I even get to walk to my office. It's a 20-30 minute walk so at least it gets my heart pumping and my body ready for the day. Still, I have to say that nothing beats jogging when it comes to exercise. Keep up the good work and stay healthy.

Good for you. Yes, moving your body is really necessary. Jogging is a great form of exercise to keep up in shape. I really like jogging early in the morning and with friends roaming around the oval areas. Jogging with others is a great means to exercise, have fun and socialize. It destressifies individuals. Sadly, it has been ages since I last jogged. My work is kind of demanding that I need to work even on weekends making me unable to get the time to jog. But definitely, if I get the time, I will invite my friends for a jogging session.
