body language

Is it really easy for people to decode feelings or personalities even if we ourselves are not body language experts? Because from my experience I could easily see how one is just by simply talking with the person and observing the way he/she acts out or does it depend upon the person you are trying to decode (if he can be easily read)? And can someone really rely on one's body signals?

It is really hard for me to use body language...I even dun know how to express my meaning by using body language also...Luckily I dont have to use body language often. I always try to explain words' meaning by others words...

You know what the problem really is? Sometimes we try to show how we really feel by actions but people are just too numb or playing dumb I guess. haha. But I'm not lucky like you because I'm not able to express myself good when it comes to personally saying it. I could say it but after that moment I feel stupid because I used the wrong choice of words instead.

I think that some people are rather easily read by body language. For example when someone is lying, well if someone feels guilty about the lies that they are telling, their body tends to slump a little bit, almost as if they are trying to shy away from their own lies or perhaps run away from the truth of the matter. There are other times and times where it is easy to read. Then there are other more subtle cues out there with reading body language. A body language expert for example would be able to really pick up on a lot more things a bit easily to be honest with you. And there are times where people tend to try and manipulate their body language, to send mixed messages. It is hard to do but it is really not impossible.

i always say that human beings have two languages. the one the comes out of their mouth, and the one that comes out of the rest of their body. sometimes the two don't say the same thing. yes, i do think that body language is an important factor to consider when communicating with people.
