Is it really true that fruits make you look fat?

me not like vehetables more, however i like fruits. but not like vegetable as these are good for health. but heart not want to eat vegetables.

Fruits and veggies are healthy foods, i believe. They mostly comprises of water. And when we eat them, though we eat a lot of them,we would get enough fiber plus more water and get stuffed and feel full easily. And since its mostly water, we get hydrated as well....

Really? I don't know if that is true but I hope not. I'm fond of eating fruits
and I actually thought they're healthy for us that it makes us slimmer.

Hello friend,
Yes friend some fruits are making you fat. But I think that fruits are very good thing for our health. I like some fruits very much. Mango and pynaple are my favourite fruits. So I eat it in every time in summer. I like the apples in winter.

ha!ha! really? I am not used to eat fruits but i have a lot of friends who used to eat fruits and their body built is nice. Maybe some will become big and some are not.Maybe it depends to their metabolism.

I wouldn't imagine this to be true. I mean, sure they have water in them... But I would think that any time you RETAIN water is when you look and feel bloated, such as if you eat something very salty, I would imagine that would happen. Since there isn't a lot of salt in fruits & veggies, I wouldn't imagine feeling bloated after eating them. In fact, I have never experienced bloating after eating something like a salad. After eating fattening, fried, and salty foods...Definitely. Happy MyLotting!

In my case, I eat a lots of fruits everyday but my body is still same, the main thing in here is I eat all type of fruits, not only fruit juice, or only one type of fruit. However, I heard from the others women who are quite fat, they said that eating a lots of fruit makes their weight increased, so that I really don't know exactly how eating fruit affects people's weight...it may depend on our body, the eating habit...

When I ate like 3 pounds of apples a day, my stomach looked a bit bloated in the end of the day, so maybe that is what they mean. But it was gone the next day. I think it's just because of the temporary water retention, because otherwise they rather make us slimmer. When I was on a fruit-veggie diet I lost weight, even though I ate a lot of them.

I do believe that fruit is the most natural and healthy thing you can eat so articles saying that you can eat it and get fat sounds false to me.

Fruits are good for the body, but even then, we should have the right amount of fruit in take on our daily diet. If you eat a whole ball of watermelon, then you'll really get bloated. If we look at recommended dietary allowance, we'd notice that it only tells us to eat a slice or a piece every meal.
I also have that wrong perception before. I used to eat 3 whole mangoes in a meal.

certain fruits get rid of water weight like watermelon and cranberrys help you stomach region they are good for you. they dont make you look bloated.
