hi..mylotters..
i gave birth 4mos ago and right now i'm having problem how to shape up again..
i want to loose extra fats on my belly that i'd earn while i'm pregnant..
hope somebody could help me and me right program of proper balance eating..

you can have a balanced fat free diet along with exercise specially to reduce your tummy and belly.You will get many post-delivery exercise protocol from you tube.

You might try eating 6 small - very healthy meals each day instead of 3 large ones. This really works for some people. Just make sure that they are well rounded and healthy. I kind of count it like 3 medium meals and 3 small snacks. It seems to work for me along with getting plenty of exercise.
